Moda Home Inc. is a full-service design and licensed construction company.
We specialize in home remodels, accessory dwelling units and commercial upgrades. Using Moda Home means you'll be collaborating with an experienced designer who provides continuous oversite during construction. Our construction team will be fully committed to your project, not trying to split time among multiple sites like some contractors.
Moda Home has designed 100+ remodels for our clients, from simple kitchens, to a complete kitchen layout change, to entire home remodels. Because the designer holds a contractors license, she understand what is feasible and what isn't and it makes it easy convey to the plan to the construction team.

We start by meeting with you to understand your personality and how you work and design criteria.
We translate this into designs that maximize the living space to meet your needs.
After agreement on the final design, we'll work out a plan for demolition, create construction schedules, and estimated costs.
Our skilled craftsmen work closely with the designer to ensure the results match expectations. If problems arise we'll advise and work with you on the appropriate plan of action.

The designer worked with us on every aspect, from flooring and paint colors, to cabinets and counter tops. It was fun to go shopping for various materials with her and use the designer's insight on what would go together.
