This customer was ready to move out of their '80s vintage one person kitchen and upgrade to their multi-cook, dream kitchen, maximizing counter and cabinet space as well as accommodate a built-in refrigerator / freezer. This project involved full demolition of the entire space, a complete re-wire, new lighting, new cabinets, adding a bar sink, new Island with power, changing the HVAC, new windows, and a new sliding patio door. In addition, the customer had us re-plumb from the manifold we found in the kitchen, getting all the pipes out of the ground to avoid a slab leak in the future.
